Internet filtering

I think we need a lot of third party content rating companies, so when a website is crawled people can now what a websites contents are otherwise how else do you know what websites to block with a filter. I also think the biggest loopholes for internet filtering are pictures search engines, blogs, and foreign websites. The reason blogs are hard to rate is because there content is always change more frequently than most websites, someone should launch a free blog where you have to rate your content of your blog after every update of your blog.
